Favoriting Photos

This will be the VERY FIRST thing you will have the customer do while they’re here in-studio once they have access to their gallery. You will have the customer choose all of their favorite photos by clicking on the heart.

1) After the customer has access to their gallery, click on any of the photos.

2) From here, they will be able to go through the photos and select their favorite ones. To do that, instruct the customer that they can either use the mouse and click on the photos in the filmstrip (1), use the arrow keys on the keyboard, or using the mouse to click on the arrows (2). When they come across photos they really like, instruct them to click Favorite (3) and do that for every photo they like. Once they’re finished going through all the photos, you can click on the “X” in the top left corner (4).

3) Now when a customer chooses a package and gets to this screen, all the photos they favorited will show up on the right. The ones they didn’t favorite will also show below that.
