Notifying clients orders are ready for pickup
Notifying our clients is a very important process of our customer service. We want to ensure our customers get notified of their orders and receive their products in a timely manner.
1) Click on the Invoices tab located at the top.
2) In the Invoice No search box, you will type in the invoice number and then press Enter on the keyboard to search. You can find the invoice number on an invoice in the top right corner of the page.
3) The invoice you searched for should pop up below as shown in the example. Next, you are going to double click on it.
4) This Invoice window will pop up and you are going to click on the Client button located at the top (1).
5) The Client window will pop up and you are going to make sure whatever phone numbers are listed have the SMS boxes checked off (1). If a phone number isn’t checked off, click on the box to check it off. As you can see in the example, both boxes have been checked off. When that’s done, click on Save & Close (2).
6) If this message pops up, just click Yes.
7) Go back to the Invoice window and click on the 3 dots to change the Invoice Status.
8) This window will pop up and you are going to click on the drop down menu next to Change To Status and select Order Ready for Pick Up. Then click on OK.
9) The Invoice Status should now say Order Ready for Pick Up (1). Last thing to do is click on Save & Close (2).
10) After all that, the client is notified via text that their order is ready for pick up.
