Purchasing a senior portrait package
The customer can also purchase a package or whatever else they want after choosing their yearbook poses.
1) Click on Shop. This is how the shop page looks like. Right now it’s showing all of the products that we offer. The customer can narrow down what they’re looking for by clicking on the different categories (1).
2) If you click on Digital and Ala Carte (1), you will find the Full Session Digital Download Special for the month (2) that we offer to our contracted schools. The full session digital download special will change in price every month until it officially goes back to the regular price of $299. At this point, you will briefly explain to the customer on how our online shop works and how to navigate between the packages and the digital and ala carte options.

This section will go over the process of purchasing a package compared to a digital download/ala carte product.
digital download
1) Let’s say the customer decides to purchase the Full Session Digital Download. They will click on that item.
2) Then they will be brought to this page and click Add to Cart.
3) A sidebar of your cart will pop up on the right side of the window like this. It’ll show you what you already have added in the cart (1), other products the customer may want to purchase (2), the subtotal (3), the View Cart and Continue to Checkout buttons (4). When the customer is ready to pay, they will click on Continue to Checkout.
4) They will be brought to this payment window to input their information. Once they’re done, they will click on Place Order.
Purchasing a Package
1) Let’s say the customer wants to purchase a picture package. They will click on the package they want to purchase. In this example, we will be using Senior Package 1.
2) After the customer clicks on the package, they will be brought to this page. They click on Customize & Buy.
3) From here, the customer will be able to crop and choose which photo(s) they want for their package. The left column shows the contents of the package and also step by step instructions (1). A preview of the selected photo will show in the middle (2). The customer will be able to make a photo selection from the right column (3). After they choose a photo, they will click on the Next: Crop button (4).
4) The customer will be able to zoom the photo in or out and even rotate it if they wanted to. The examples below show how it looks like zoomed in and zoomed out. Once they’re finished cropping, they will click Next Item.
5) The customer will then repeat the cropping steps with the rest of the contents in the package until they reach the final item.
6) Our packages allow a limited number of poses for customers to choose from. For example, Senior Package 1 includes a maximum of 2 poses. If the customer selects more than the allowed number of poses for any package, a notification will appear on their screen. They will then have the option to either keep their selections as is or swap out additional poses to stay within the limit. Once they make their choices, the customer will click on Update.
7) After fulfilling the whole order, the customer will be brought to this summary page. When they have reviewed it and are happy with everything, they will click Add to Cart.
8) A sidebar summary will pop out on the right side of the screen. The customer will click Continue to Checkout.
9) From here, the customer can then choose to either pick up their order at our studio or have it shipped for an additional $10. When the customer chooses a shipping option, they will click Continue to Payment.
10) Finally, the customer will fill out their information here for billing then click Place Order.
