Use the following steps to prepare for your Picture Day
Sign Up For Individual Pictures
Pre-register your child for individual pictures. You don't need to place an order to take a picture**. After picture day, proof galleries will be sent out for viewing and ordering.
Prepay for your child’s individual Pictures by downloading an order form and turning it in on Picture Day.
If you would like to wait to proof the images and access online exclusive features you do not need to do this step

What To bring
For the best results your child should bring all parts of uniform including: Jersey, Shorts/pants, Ball, Shoes, Gear etc.
If you have an order form please turn that into the photographer on Picture Day.
Ordering Online
You will receive a Text Message* and an Email* with your child’s photos. Access the gallery with an email. Links will be sent out 3-5 days after picture day. Make sure to fill out the Preshoot Check in to get the link

*Text messages and emails for gallery notifications will be sent out 1-3 weeks after picture day or when the team photo gets approved by the point of contact or coaching staff
Traditional Team Photos are the default team photo for picture day. Team Composites or other enhanced team photo must be requested and purchased. They are not included in any packages or any price listed on the order form.
All athletes are encouraged and welcome to participate.
**Athletes that do not complete the pre-shoot check in may not be photographed with the pose they want and may not receive their gallery notification. Please complete the pre-shoot check in so the pose taken is one you want and the gallery can be sent to you.
Poses may not come out as shown on the pose sheet. Poses are used as a reference and are sometimes not followed due to creative vision, subject preference, time constraints and other factors.
