how to take a sports order (instudio)

Here is where the order forms are stored on our server.

FRONT OF ORDER FORM

BACK OF ORDER FORM

in-studio and we will give them a call when its done or they can pay the $10 for mailing fee *need to collect address.

Ask the client if they took photos in studio or at a location.

  • For in-studio we have a INSTUDIO folder in the SCHOOLDIVISION server.

  • For at locations we have folders in SCHOOLDIVISION with highschools/league names they will be in the RAW folders there

    You also have the option to search up the clients first or last name in Blueprints FIND A SUBJECT feature.

  • Must check on blueprint order in orders tab first and look at the orders release dates,

  • Ark-la-tex’s lab takes about 7 business days to get to the studio.
